Hello, June! The calendar has turned to a new month and brings the unofficial start to summer. With that in mind, the authors who run Of Books and Nooks decided to choose a theme of Summer Heat for our posts during the month of June. Bringing the heat can refer to almost anything that relates to heat or summer—campfires, reading by the pool, a backyard BBQ, summer vacations, a sunset on the beach, fond memories of chasing the ice cream truck or that first summer job, the annoying buzz of mosquitoes or the fun of catching fireflies in the yard. We’ll share stories, excerpts from our books, recipes, summer reading lists and more! Hope you’ll visit often and enjoy the posts—and possibly share your own!
